1997 – This was one of those unexpected moments that happen spontaneously. A friend, Irish folk singer Moon Rivers, was over one day with his guitar and, after a few drinks, he and Denise started jamming an acoustic version of the track. I loved it and wanted to capture it as it was, so I plugged in a couple of mics and we recorded it quickly there and then.
